Business Information

All prices displayed on keramstore.co.uk are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. A VAT invoice is available on request at info@keramstore.com. Orders within the UK are fulfilled via Amazon FBA.

Platform Information
This online store is operated on the Shopify platform. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal and our payment gateway. KERAM does not store any payment card information on its servers.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of KERAM and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The KERAM brand is protected internationally through the Amazon Brand Registry and Amazon Transparency Program. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission from KERAM is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Authenticity
All KERAM branded products are 100% authentic and made from Food Grade Stainless Steel 304 (SS 304). Select products are enrolled in the Amazon Transparency Program — scan the QR code on packaging to verify authenticity.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections available to you under UK law.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, KERAM shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities; damage caused by misuse or improper handling of products; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Consumer Rights
As a consumer in the UK, you are entitled to: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described); a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; refund or replacement for defective or damaged products; and a 1-year warranty on all KERAM branded products against manufacturing defects, which is in addition to your statutory rights.
