At KERAM, we ship to ensure the fastest and most affordable delivery to our customers. Orders within the UK are fulfilled via Amazon FBA for reliable, tracked delivery.

Shipping Options

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website or in your account at keramstore.co.uk.

Customs & Import Duties
Most UK orders ship domestically via Amazon FBA, so no import duties apply. Where an order is shipped internationally, any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. KERAM is not responsible for customs delays.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at info@keramstore.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund if the order is confirmed lost. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
